Ms. Miller is a 1982 graduate of Boston University School of Public Communication and a 1987 graduate of Boston University School of Law. While in law school she was a staff writter for The Comment, a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Superior Court, and was awarded Best Speaker in the Edward C. Stone Appellate Moot Court Competition. She was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1991. Before joining the Law Offices of Aleixo and Murray, P.C., she was employed as a litigation examiner in the insurance industry in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and as a staff attorney in the Law Offices of Dane M. Shulman. Ms. Miller joined the firm in June 2005, and specializes in insurance defense litigation, civil litigation, and personal injury.
