Mr. Harris is a 2002 graduate of Westfield State College and a 2005 graduate of Western New England College School of Law. He was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2005, the Federal District Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2006 and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2007.
